PE 介绍
HDPE 高密度聚乙烯,
英文名称为:“High Density Polyethylene”。
物化性质
熔点约为131℃,密度0.941~0.960它具有良好的耐热性和耐寒性,软化点125~135℃脆化温度-70℃,使用温度可达100℃耐磨性能也较好。电绝缘性能、韧性、耐寒性都很好,但略差与低密度聚乙烯。收缩率:1.5%到4%

Melting point of about 131 ℃, density of 0.941 ~ 0.960 that it has
good heat resistance and cold resistance, softening point of 125 ~
135 ℃ embrittlement temperature of -70 ℃, 100 ℃ temperature up to
have better wear resistance. Electrical insulation, toughness, cold
resistance are good, but slightly worse with the low-density
polyethylene. Shrinkage: 1.5% to 4%

物化性质
密度0.926~0.940g/CC,软化温度110~115℃,除兼有高、低密度聚乙烯的性能外,还具有优良的抗应力开裂性、刚性及耐热性。脆化温度-140~-100℃
Physical and chemical properties:
Density of 0.926 ~ 0.940g/CC, softening temperature of 110 ~ 115 ℃,
except both high and low density polyethylene of the performance,
but also has good resistance to stress cracking resistance, rigidity
and heat resistance. Brittleness Temperature -140 ~ -100 ℃
LDPE 低密度聚乙烯
英文名称:low density polyethylene。
物化性质:
耐寒性较好;在-70~-80℃仍能保持稳定。密度范围为0.916~0.922 软化点90~100℃较低,透光率85%.
Physical and chemical properties:
Good cold tolerance; to -70 ~ -80 ℃ still remain stable. Density
range of 0.916 ~ 0.922 90 ~ 100 ℃ softening point lower rate of 85%
light transmission.

3. 用途
根据PE种类的不同可用于:医药包装、工业、生产周转托盘、化学药品包装、医药品包装、调味品和某些饮料的包装等;还可用作隔音、隔热和天花板材料以及代替木材、钢材用作家具和各种建筑材料。
3. Applications:
Use of different types according to PE can be used for:
pharmaceutical packaging, industrial, production and turnover trays,
chemicals, packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, spices and some
beverages, etc.; also be used as sound insulation, heat insulation
and ceiling materials, and replace the wood , steel for furniture
and building materials.
